The 50 for 50 Campaign: Ensuring Tabor’s Future
In 2018 Tabor Community Services will celebrate 50 years of helping our clients rebuild their lives and serving the needs of the Lancaster County community. Established in 1968, Tabor serves today over 4600 clients each year assisting them in developing the knowledge and skills they need to meet their housing and financial challenges and learning how to help themselves.
The generous support of Tabor’s many friends has been an enormous part of our ability to serve so many throughout our history and continuing to nurture that support will be vital to our future ability to continue serving. Therefore, as part of our 50th Anniversary Celebration, we will be having the 50 for 50 Campaign: Ensuring Tabor’s Future with the goal of securing at least 50 planned gifts from our supporters. These legacy gifts will help to ensure Tabor has the resources to continue serving clients and the Lancaster community for generations to come.
Supporters who make legacy gifts will become members of the Grace Wenger Society. Grace played a central role in establishing Tabor in 1968 and her deep commitments and vision helped to propel the organization in its growth and enable it to serve so many in our community.
Tabor is partnering with both the Lancaster County Community Foundation and Everence to offer assistance and guidance to you and your financial and legal advisors in determining the planned gift that is best for you.
We invite you to consider making a planned gift to Tabor, join the Grace Wenger Society and help to ensure Tabor’s ability to continue rebuilding lives and the Lancaster community.
