Why did Tabor and LHOP merge into the new combined organization Tenfold?

Through careful reflection on what is best for our clients and our community, Tabor and LHOP have joined forces so we can multiply our impact and unlock a broader continuum of solutions to address the affordable housing challenges our neighbors face every day.

Together, the Tenfold team can work with key community partners to cover all aspects such as homelessness, renting, homeownership, and community lending.

What is Tenfold’s collective mission and vision?

At Tenfold, we are committed to sparking the power in all people to achieve equitable housing and financial security. We walk alongside our clients and help them unlock a brighter future.

By collaborating as one team, we can take a holistic approach to serve as your trusted community partner focused on achieving quality, fair and affordable housing for all people through:

· Proactive coaching

· Education

· Advocacy

Will your programs and services change?

Rest assured, the programs and services you have come to know and value will remain, with the added benefit of easier access to all of these solutions in one centralized place. Check out this broad overview of the types of services we offer.

By joining forces, we have the ability to leverage our team’s combined expertise so we can develop new and innovative ways of addressing the wide range of critical housing needs within our community.

How can I learn more about Tenfold?

We encourage you to join us for our virtual celebration on Tuesday, May 11 from 7:00 – 8:00 p.m.

What is the timing of this transition?

While the official merger is complete, it will take some time for us to transition to the new name and brand. In the coming months, we will launch a new website, combine our social media platforms, and work through the final stages of our transition.
