Diahann Beattie, Financial Empowerment Specialist
Diahann Beattie has served with Tabor since 2006, initially as a case manager for the Family Self Sufficiency program. In 2014, she began providing counseling for the Matched Savings for Tomorrow program, including first-time homebuyer counseling. She is an NCHEC-certified Homeownership Counselor, a PHFA-certified Housing Counseling Specialist, and a certified NFCC Consumer Credit Counselor. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Human Services and is currently attending Millersville University to obtain a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work.
Todd Capitao, Manager
Todd Capitao has volunteered at Tabor over the last 10 years teaching Financial Education classes. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Pillsbury Baptist Bible College in Bible and minors in Church Ministries and Photography. Todd is the new manager of the Barshinger Financial Empowerment Center. He comes in with over 13 years banking experience which includes extensive knowledge in lending products. Todd has been helping people in various service oriented businesses for nearly 29 years.
Gladys Delgado, Financial Empowerment Specialist
Gladys Delgado has served with Tabor since 1988, providing support to homeowners in the prevention and resolution of mortgage foreclosure and more recently, first-time homebuyer counseling. She conducts counseling sessions in both Spanish and English. She has the following certifications: PHFA Homeowners Emergency Mortgage Assistance Program (HEMAP) Counselor; NCHEC Foreclosure Intervention and Default Counselor; NCHEC Homeownership Counselor; PHFA Housing Counseling Specialist; NFCC Consumer Credit Counselor. Gladys is active in our community, most recently serving on the Board of Directors of SACA Development Corporation.
Barbara Folker, Administrative Coordinator
Barbara Folker has served with Tabor since 2009. She manages the counseling schedule and is responsible for Debt Management Plan fund management. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration & Sales and Marketing and is a Notary Public, specializing in mortgage loan closings. Prior to coming to Tabor, she was a branch manager at a local bank.
Tiffany Silveira, Financial Education Coordinator
Tiffany Silveira has served with Tabor since 2012, initially teaching GED classes at TLC and then becoming the Financial Education Coordinator in 2013. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Millersville University and has a post-baccalaureate teaching certification. Prior to working at Tabor, she developed her passion for working with adult learners through teaching and tutoring GED students in Appalachia and with several local service organizations.
Randi Shober, Financial Empowerment Specialist
Randi Shober has served with Tabor since 2001, providing a wide range of financial and homeownership counseling and education services. She has the following certifications: NFCC Consumer Credit Counselor; NFCC Student Loan Counselor; PHFA Homeowners Emergency Mortgage Assistance Program (HEMAP) Counselor; PHFA Housing Counseling Specialist; NCHEC Foreclosure Intervention and Default Counselor; NCHEC Homeownership Counselor; HUD Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) Counselor. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Legal Sciences and worked as a paralegal prior to joining Tabor.
Christina Wise, Financial Empowerment Specialist
Christina has worked in banks and credit unions over the last 7 years working with clients right here in our community with various financial problems and concerns. She comes with over 13 years of customer service experience. Christina loves to help people and is very adept in helping uncover client needs and concerns and help address those concerns in a way that both helps the clients current situation and to be more knowledgeable and financially empowered in the future.
