How to Get Started

All Veterans, to be eligible for the VVH program, must be honorably discharged and eligible for VA Medical benefits.

All applicants for the VVH program must be referred through the Lebanon VAMC VA Homeless Outreach Worker. No applications for the VVH program will be accepted that have not been referred by the Lebanon VAMC VA Homeless Outreach Worker.
