Who Qualifies for this Service?

Residents of Market View are generally from Lancaster County.
Residents must have a disability verified by a physician and be experiencing homelessness.

How to Get Started

• Individual/Families and Counselors/Agencies seeking service:
  Applicants need to complete an application for Market View Apartments which can be found below or by contacting Jen Frank at 717.358.9395.
  
  Documentation needed:
  • completed application
  • Signed Disability Verification Form
  • Verification of homelessness
  • ID and SS cards for all household residents
