We are a non-profit comprehensive housing counseling agency with a mission to build communities by helping people find sustainable financial solutions. Our trained and certified housing counselors can provide expertise to help you through your issues and concerns - behind in your mortgage payments, mortgage in foreclosure, or converting the equity in your house into cash.

We can help you establish a budget, set priorities, and determine the appropriate strategies to help you keep your home. There are also a variety of local, State and Federal programs that can provide relief. Our experienced housing counselors will discuss your options and develop a plan to get you back on track. And all counseling sessions are free.
