Who Qualifies for this Service?
To apply for First-Time Homebuyer Services, a family must:
- Live in Lancaster County
- Have not owned or purchased a home within the past three years.
- Be seeking to own a home for $237,000 or less.
- Have an income lower or equal to:
1-2 people: $67,400
3 people or more: $77,500
