Who Qualifies for this Service?
To qualify for the FSS Program, a family must:
- Fall between 30%-50% of the median income guidelines for Lancaster City and Lancaster County and currently be renting with a Section 8 Voucher.
- Have the ability to work an average of 30 hours a week.
