The only HUD-approved agency in Lancaster, Tabor's housing counseling programs offer a "Continuum of Housing Care" allowing persons with housing issues to access services along this continuum. From homelessness to rental housing, from pre-purchase issues to mortgage issues, our housing counselors make a difference in the lives of those they serve, building relationships, giving hope, and developing partnerships with others to build a stronger community.

All of our housing counseling programs include budget education and counseling services. Although the housing circumstances are varied, Tabor counselors are there to help families take control of their lives. In all aspects of our housing counseling, families are encouraged to develop and meet goals to improve their life. Often these goals include difficult life-changing steps. Our caring counselors walk with and guide families through these difficult times. Tabor understands how important a stable home is to our peace of mind. We strive to ensure that each of our families has that peace.
