Family Self Sufficiency Program Counselor/Case Manager
Provide case management, budget, and housing counseling to families living in Section 8 Housing. Help families to develop and implement goals to reach self sufficiency and motivate each family to reach their goals of self sufficiency and complete their contract. For families with goal of home purchase, provide pre-purchase counseling and guide family through process of purchasing a home, from mortgage application to settlement on property.
